The HTEC Group acquires Mistral Technologies

HTEC Groupa consulting, software engineering and digital product development company based in San Francisco, California, has acquired Mistral Technologies, a software development company based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

With the acquisition, the HTEC Group will provide an expanded service offering to its customers, additional product design and technology capabilities, and provide long-term stability and growth for customers and employees.

Led by CEO Mersed Camdzic, Mistral Technologies is a software development company working on more than 30 long-term global projects with partners in the United States and Western Europe. Mistral’s team of more than 300 professionals provides software to companies ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups in a variety of industries, including entertainment, telecommunications, healthcare, fintech, banking, retail retail, transportation, energy and insurance.
