WisdomTree has expanded its range of thematic ETFs with the launch of a new economic real estate strategy.
The WisdomTree New Economy Real Estate UCITS ETF (WTRE) is listed on the London Stock Exchange, Deutsche Boerse and Borsa Italiana with a total expense ratio (TER) of 0.45%.
WTRE tracks the CenterSquare New Economy Real Estate Index which provides exposure to global real estate companies involved in business activities related to technology, science or e-commerce.
This includes areas such as data centers, telecom towers and logistics warehouses while meeting the company’s ESG criteria.
In particular, WTRE is exposed to four megatrends, including cloud computing, 4G and 5G connectivity, logistics and supply chain, and life sciences.

“Providing exposure to infrastructure, energizing the new economy, allows investors to take an alternative approach to megatrend investing and represents an exciting opportunity at the frontier of thematic investing and real estate.”

This launch brings WisdomTree’s range of themed ETFs to six, which includes:
