Newmark appoints Nick Wood as head of industrial and logistics services

Newmark is pleased to announce that Nick Wood has been appointed Executive Vice President, responsible for industrial and logistics services. Wood will be responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s industrial activities, further increasing industry capabilities, infrastructure and recruiting, with a focus on continuous improvement in customer service.

Wood, who joined Newmark in 2002, will continue his role as a market leader in the Salt Lake City area, where Newmark has always been recognized as an industry leader. Additionally, under Wood’s leadership are Boise, Idaho and Reno, Nevada, where he played a strategic role in growing client offerings by bringing in top-level brokerage talent in the respective markets.

Wood has extensive real estate experience with nearly two decades of experience. Prior to his current management role, Wood was a brokerage professional specializing in agency leasing. Wood received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Weber State University.
