In the future, ADAC Truckservice and Service 24 will focus on the qualitative extension of the infrastructure and will be part of the 24/7 ASSISTANCE brand as independent national service companies.
The new company is headquartered in Salzburg, Austria. The satellites are located in Germany, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania and Hungary. The competition authority gave its approval in March. The official foundation took place on July 15 in Salzburg. Commercial operations will begin in January 2022.
The company’s dual management is formed by the Managing Directors Jarno Bor (Service 24) and Dirk Fröhlich (ADAC Truckservice).

24/7 ASSISTANCE will integrate the product portfolios of both parent companies. This includes roadside assistance and mobility services as well as 1st level support for transport and logistics, agricultural machinery and industry, 24/7 roadside assistance across Europe for trucks, trailers, buses, light commercial vehicles as well as agricultural vehicles and construction machinery, service products and mobility packages as well as prepaid payment solutions and payment protection solutions for car manufacturers (OEMs) ) and fleet operators. In addition, the focus is on extending the existing service networks into a European mobility management system based on quality criteria.
