Retail sales in the Serbian Republic of Bosnia grew 8.8% real year-on-year in March, after edging up 0.1% in February, Banja Luka’s Institute of Statistics (RSIS) said on Monday, citing data adjusted for working days.

On a monthly comparison basis, seasonally adjusted retail turnover fell 2.8% in real terms in March, after increasing 5% in February.

The Serbian Republic is one of the two autonomous entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other is the Federation.
